We are a group of companies in immediate need of a legal assistant / paralegal who shall be assigned in one of our subsidiary company whose office is located in Taytay, Rizal (along ortigas avenue ext. corner manila east road).
Qualifications:
- Female
- Not more than 35 years old
- Graduate of Law, Political Science, Legal Management
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- familiar in MS Office applications (Work, Excel, Powerpoint)
- must have experience as a legal assistant/paralegal in a law firm, banks, financing company
- familiar in drafting and review of contracts, letters and other legal forms
- familiar in court processes and proceedings
- familiar in transacting with gov't agencies (SEC, BIR)
-willing to be assigned in Taytay, Rizal
